Accessibility

DMS Deutsche Mittelstandsschutz GmbH is a private company. Private companies are currently not subject to any legal obligations under the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG) or the Barrier-Free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0). Regardless of this, it is our goal to make our website as accessible as possible and to comply with the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as far as practicable.

Accessibility status

• Content can generally also be accessed via keyboard.
• Headings and structures are semantically correct.
• Images and graphics are provided with alternative text where appropriate.
• Colour contrasts have been checked and are largely barrier-free.

Limitations

Some content is not yet fully accessible:

• PDF documents and downloads
• Embedded third-party content (e.g. videos, widgets)
• Some forms in connection with screen reader use

Note on enforcement proceedings

As DMS Deutsche Mittelstandsschutz GmbH is a private company, the enforcement procedure stipulated by law for public authorities does not apply.
